The question everyone has been asking me is, has been asking is, "Sasha, how did you lose the weight"? Let me tell you, it was a process, but anything worth while…means having the patience, determination, and the will to persevere through hardships. While under physicians care the entire time of my weight loss, I lost a total of 122 pounds. My daily regimen helped me go from a size 24 to a size 4.
