The question everyone has been asking me is, has been asking is, "Sasha, how did you lose the weight"? Let me tell you, it was a process, but anything worth while…means having the patience, determination, and the will to persevere through hardships. My question back to you is: are you seriously ready to make a change?
While under physicians care the entire time of my weight loss, I lost a total of 122 pounds. My daily regimen helped me go from a size 24 to a size 4. Now of course we all know that every person has a different body build and because of that, You Must See Your Physician! Your physician will let you know if this diet is good for you or create a diet regimen that best suits you.
Phase 1 – Weight Loss in 30 Days
- Meal: Cabbage Soup
Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrots, Green Peppers, Chicken/Beef Broth - Additional Seasonings: Mrs. Dash (low sodium)
- Beverages: Water, Crystal Light
- Dessert: Jell-O with Cool Whip (Fat Free)
Phase 2 – Weight Loss in 6 Months
- Meal Restrictions: No Carbohydrates, No sugar, No seasoning besides Mrs. Dash, No Fried Foods (instead: Grilled/Broiled),
- A Preferred Meal: Grilled or Broiled Meat with raw vegetables.
- Meal Size: My plate was the size of a CD Disc, I did not pile food. (Under my physicians care the amount fit my body build and I did not have to eat anything fat free at this point).
- Eating Time: I would eat after 6pm; raw vegetables with salad dressing.
I lost 38 pounds in 30 Days! My mother made me pots full of cabbage soup. Remember to seek support from family members and friends.
Under my physicians care I lost a Total of 122 pounds in 8months. I highly recommend that you see your Physician to determine the diet that will be right for you….it just may be this one!
TIPS:
- Do it for you! When you go to the grocery store, buy items that are going to contribute to weight loss.
- "Don't get on the scale everyday"!
- "Get rid of clothes as you lose the weight".
- Get prepared. Prepare yourself and clean house a month prior to dieting".
